Elizabeth Dreyfuss is a clinical counselor and an educator. She has been working with young children and families for over 25 years. Passionate about creating wrap-around services for new mothers and a holistic view of childhood, Elizabeth strives to provide opportunities for humans to grow and express themselves in dynamic, creative ways.

Available for both individual and family counseling, she serves to enliven and elevate a sense of purpose while addressing ways to access and implement positive changes.

Trauma informed and client centered, Elizabeth’s work helps to integrate thoughts, sensations, and belief systems, developing coherence and a more energized, resilient, and joyful outlook of the world. Sessions incorporate coaching and therapeutic connections through art, play, somatics, and nature offering supportive psychotherapy for women and children in all stages of development.

Counseling sessions are available both in office and as “walk and talk” in local parks.

Her individual work with clients uses a therapeutic rapport that sets goals, works with personal strengths, and sows insight into perception.
